We understand that schedules can change, and we strive to accommodate your needs while ensuring that we can serve all of our clients effectively. This Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy outlines the process, conditions, and timeframes for cancelling or rescheduling appointments.

2. Cancellation Policy

2.1 Standard Cancellation Policy

  • Notice Period: To avoid any charges, please cancel your appointment at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
  • Cancellation Method: You can cancel your appointment by:

    • Email: Send an email to steph@unwindpt.com with your appointment details.
    • Online: If available, use our online booking system to cancel your appointment.

2.2 Late Cancellations

  • Late Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment may incur a cancellation fee. The fee will be equivalent to 50% of the cost of the missed appointment.
  • Exceptions: Fees may be waived or reduced at our discretion in cases of emergency or unforeseen circumstances. Please contact us directly to discuss your situation.

3. Rescheduling Policy

3.1 Standard Rescheduling Policy

  • Notice Period: To reschedule your appointment without any charge, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled time.
  • Rescheduling Method: You can reschedule your appointment by:

    • Email: Email us at steph@unwindpt.com with your new preferred appointment time.
    • Online: Use our online booking system, if available, to reschedule your appointment.

3.2 Rescheduling Within 24 Hours

  • Late Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule an appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled time, the same conditions apply as for late cancellations. You may be subject to a rescheduling fee of 25% of the cost of the missed appointment, which will be applied to your next appointment.
  • Exceptions: As with late cancellations, fees may be waived or adjusted in cases of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances. Please contact us directly to discuss your situation.

4. No-Show Policy

  • No-Show Fee: If you miss your appointment without notifying us, you will be charged the full cost of the missed appointment.
  • Exceptions: Fees for no-shows may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis in situations involving emergencies or extenuating circumstances.
